FSID - Mobile Driver's License Check
FSID is a free Android app developed by TCS Technology Content Services GmbH, designed for companies that provide their employees with company cars. According to § 21 StVG, these companies are required to conduct driver's license checks every six months and document them accordingly. FSID offers an electronic system that enables mobile driver's license checks and ensures secure documentation.
With the FSID app, users can conduct their driver's license check independently of time and location in just a few clicks. First, the user receives an invitation to the driver's license check, including an invitation code. Then, the user scans the code with the app and creates a video of their driver's license.
After submitting the video, a trained employee verifies the content and documents the result in the system, completing the driver's license check.
